Reminders for FFC7

• Schedule & Check-In

  On October 22, check-in starts at 7:30 am and doors will close at 8:50 am.

  On October 23, check-in starts at 8:30 am and doors will close at 9:50 am.

  There is no need to print your ticket, you can show an electronic copy during check-in. Make sure you have valid ID ready.

  Swags will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we suggest you come early!

• Code of Conduct

  All participants are expected to comply with the Code of Conduct.

  Those who are found to violate the Code shall be: (a) facing sanctions: (b) asked to leave the premises; (c) banned from future PWDO events; (d) one or more of the above.

• Official Receipt

  Please sign up to request the O.R. after you check-in to the event. Please make sure you have the following information ready: Name of ticketholder or Company name registered at the BIR and the corresponding Tax Identification Number (TIN).

• Devices & Internet

  For the Conference on October 22, bringing your laptop is not required, but you can do so.

  For the Masterclass on October 23, bringing your laptop is required as there will be hands-on activities.

  Internet and a limited number of extension cords will be available at the venue. If you want to play it safe, make sure you have a reliable source of power and internet for your devices.

• Dress Code

  There are no attire restrictions at the venue, although smart casual is recommended. You might want to bring a jacket in case it gets too chilly. We encourage past FFC participants to wear their FFC shirts and bring their old conference gear ;)

• Food

  Snacks and lunch are included in your ticket, as well as free-flowing coffee & tea.

• Transportation

  Uber has a special promo code for new users who are FFC participants! Enter “FFCPH” in the Promotions tab in the app from October 22 (12:59 am) to October 23 (11:59 pm) to enjoy a 100-peso discount for the first two rides (applies to UberX, UberPool, UberHop).

  If you’re bringing a car, parking is available on the side streets of the hotel.

• Smoking

  Smoking areas are available on the 6th floor garden/jacuzzi area and outside the hotel entrance.
